The debut takes place on March 12, 2010 on the stage of the Sala Frau in Spoleto, obtaining an enormous - and unexpected, for a newly established group - success with the public. The 2 scheduled performances were followed by an extraordinary replica and in collaboration with the National Carabinieri Association section of Spoleto it was decided to combine business with pleasure, organizing a further weekend of replicas whose proceeds were donated entirely to the ANC to contribute to the construction of the "Monument to the Carabiniere", located in Spoleto at the gardens of viale Trento and Trieste, a place already named after Andrea Moneta, a young carabiniere of Spoleto origin, Gold Medal for Civil Valor, killed on January 4, 1991 by the " band of the white one ".
THE DEBUT
The company was founded in 2009 within the Wood Pictures Association. For the first theatrical adventure the choice falls on the French comedy "The dinner of the cretins" by Francis Veber. For the occasion there is a cast of very valid actors, among the best known of the local amateur theater and beyond. The adaptation of the text and the direction are by Diego Piccioni.
With the same comedy the Company then returned to the stage at the San Carlo Theater in Foligno (Pg) on 13 February 2011, inaugurating the first theatrical review organized by the "Associazione Culturale Progetto Teatro Italiano" of Foligno in collaboration with the UILT (Italian Free Theater Union) and on March 19, 2011 at the Teatro dei Riuniti in Umbertide (Pg) , in the national review of amateur theater organized by the Municipality of Umbertide and by the FITA (Italian Federation of Amateur Theater).
The last performances of the show took place on 21 December 2014 within the program organized by the Municipality of Spoleto for the "End of Year Events" , in 2015 at the Clitunno Theater in Trevi for October Trevano and on 5 November 2016 in Acquasparta (TR) for the inauguration of the Academic Year of Unitre .
SECOND ACT
On March 31 and April 1, 2012, the comedy "Rumors" by New York author Neil Simon was presented at the Teatro Caio Melisso in Spoleto. The cast, compared to the first production, is enriched with other elements, to reach a total of ten actors.
A demanding staging from many points of view, rewarded by a great satisfaction and a notable appreciation from the public.
...IT'S STILL
In mid-September 2012 rehearsals began for the new work, "Appearance deceives" , based on the film of the same name written and directed by Francis Veber and starring Gérard Depardieu, Daniel Auteuil and Thierry Lhermitte.
Between actors and extras, the cast reaches 19 elements and the debut takes place on April 5, 2013 (with reruns on 6, 13 and 14), again at the Sala Frau .
Four "sold out" evenings for a comedy recognized by the public as " [..] a demonstration of quality theater that talks about serious topics, lightened by a smile ..."
THE GROUP GROWS ...
Hatched for a few years, in 2015 the most ambitious project finally kicks off, a hilarious comedy that sold out: Funeral Party !
Represented as part of the events of the 2016 Carnival at the San Nicolò Theater in Spoleto and subsequently at the Clitunno Theater in Trevi (PG) at the end of the review organized for "Ottobre Trevano", the show is freely inspired by the film "Death at a Funeral "and on stage it can count 33 people, including actors and extras, to stage a funeral to be laughed at!

THE FIRST ITALIAN COMEDY
The show is a faithful adaptation of the homonymous theatrical comedy by Carmine Amoroso and was staged on 22 and 23 December 2017 at the Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti in Spoleto , with a repeat on January 14 2018 at the Clitunno Theater in Trevi (PG) as a show. opening of the review "Teatro alle 5" organized by the Theater Company "Al Castello" of Foligno. A bitter and tragicomic reflection on family values is staged, which are interpreted and defended according to what suits you best. Two very young new entries in the cast: Riccardo Speranza and Penelope Ena, making their debut in a theater company.
10 YEARS OF MANDARINA !
In 2019 the Company celebrates 10 years of theatrical activity by trying its hand at a classic of Elizabethan theater revisited in a modern key: Volpone by Ben Jonson .
Still at the Caio Melisso theater and two more sold out evenings, the comedy was very popular.
On this occasion, the Company was able to count on live music, composed for the occasion by
M ° Alessandro Sabatini conducting the Free Notes ensemble, made up of 4 violins , a viola , a cello , a transverse flute and a clarinet .
The comedy was then staged on February 16, 2020 at the Torti di Bevagna Theater , in the "Bevagna alle 5" program organized by the "Al Castello" Theater Company and again at the Caio Melisso Theater on February 22 for the events of the 192 ° Carnival of Spoleto. . It was the last show performed in the city's theaters before the lockdown.
